How to Wear a Nose Clip:
Slip the strap around your neck, if the nose clip has a strap
Hold the nose clip and spread apart the two pads slightly
Slide the nose clip onto your nose so that the pads sit slightly above each nostril where the nostrils flare. The nose clip should pinch the nose gently closed at this point
Adjust the angle of the nose clip so that the rounded part rests against the bridge of your nose
How to Swim With a Nose Clip:
Adjusting and Testing
Adjust and test the clip while out of the pool. The clip should pinch your nostrils closed, but not be uncomfortable. If it feels too tight, remove and bend it out slightly. If it's too loose, remove and bend it in slightly. Attempt to breathe through your nose. If you are unable to do so, the clip is a good fit. Try it on again to test for a comfortable fit
Go underwater with the clip on. The clip should block all water from coming into your nose. If water is getting into your nose, exit the pool, remove the clip and bend it in slightly to tighten
After the clip has been properly adjusted, swim with it on, breathing only through your mouth
How to Apply a Nose Clip:
Slide the nose clip against the bridge of your nose with the exposed wire section at the top
Place your thumb and forefinger over the latex-covered sides of the nose clip
Squeeze the sides of the nose clip to close your nostrils tightly
Perform a few basic strokes in the swimming pool to ensure the nose clip features a snug fit
Loosen the sides of the nose clip to make any necessary adjustments

Other Thoughts: I had looked at all the sporting goods shops and couldn't find a basic nose plug/clip with a neck strap. These are great for me as I do not wear them for every minute of being in the water.

Other Thoughts: These nose plugs are very nice. they have the rubber coating so they dont slip off your nose like the hard plastic ones. I ordered two pair because they are very hard to find in stores. The rubber strap is a little thin, but it works well

It appears to be very durable - we have had it for about a year - it still looks new. This is a much better design than the plastic ones that won't adjust to your nose.

These ones are incredibly comfortable to wear, they stop any water from getting in without having to push them into the ear canal, and they don't move at all no matter how fast you're swimming or how long you use them. It's a great product, I greatly recommend them.
